James Beard Foundation Platform's Dinner Series

The Bonyeon team will be in New York City to showcase our Korean Steak experience for the JBF Platform's exclusive dinner series!
This exclusive steak omakase features a private reception followed by an exceptional 14-course tasting menu by Michelin-starred chef Sangtae Park of Chicago’s Bonyeon. This intimate dinner is timed with Chuseok, the mid-autumn Korean harvest festival, and will featurepremium beef cuts rarely seen outside of Korea.
Previous collaborator at Bonyeon, Master Sommelier Kyungmoon Kim, founder of KMS Imports, will be joining the dinner experience with special beverage pairings with premium sakes and traditional Korean spirits to further enhance each dish.

Modu Monday
Introducing Modu Monday, a new dinner service at Bonyeon! Modu (모두) means “everyone” or “all” in Korean, representing our goal of bringing our diners together for an unforgettable meal at the chef’s counter. This new Monday special allows us to share our favorites from our full 14-course menu.
Dishes include some of our classic cuts of steak & new takes on classic Korean dishes including the classic Korean Army Soup with succulent short rib and a housemade chili crisp, kimbap with premium A-5 Wagyu beef, and a special seasonal dessert to finish the experience. Priced at $95 per guest, this intimate experience is perfect for those looking to indulge in Bonyeon’s unique expressions of Korean flavors and enjoy classic comfort dishes merged with refined dining techniques.
